How can I fix KCMultiDialog so it stops resizing?

Just to be sure it does not get missed, the work-in-progress HIG has some 
hints how to design such a dialogue, see 
http://wiki.openusability.org/guidelines/index.php/Practical_Examples:Configuration_Dialogs 
for example.
