K3Icon is going out

Hi all,

As discussed with David Faure I am going to perform this actions for
next monday (hopefully):

- K3Icon not being exported anymore
- Not remove it, just let it be there till we do the needed changes on
KIconLoader with time.
- kicontheme.h not being installed anymore
- K3Icon's enums being moved to KIconLoader

Of course this will need KDE+koffice+extragear API changes.
