Requesting missing icons

Hello.
First of all, sorry for the cross posting, but the broader audience of 
developers I can get, the best it is.
I've created a page (thanks to Siraj Razick for working on the text) on 
techbase, where developers will be able to request icons that they still see 
missing in their programs, and artists to know the exact amount of work still 
to be done.
The page is located at the following address, instructions are there as well:

Please write down the missing icons if your application is still lacking some. 
Write the name of the icon even if your application has it in the crystal 
version only (like most apps' own icons), and add that as a note in the 
description column.

If something is not clear enough, just ask. =)
