Temporary KColorScheme change - hard-code some state colors

Oh, no, I didn't mean that we should remove the buttons on the inactive 
windows, I just meant that I think it's not enough to show the state of the 
window only through the buttons, because I have removed most of the buttons 
in my configuration :)
