KDE4 printing: results of IRC meeting

Right. So let's not say "KDE 4.0 will not have print preview", that is not true.
It will have print preview in all those apps which have (or will have) an action in the menu
for "print preview. It will simply not have the "print preview from the print dialog"
which was a rather confusing feature anyway, most people don't expect it there.
