KAider moves to kdereview

Comments:
 * You have to improve first run layout, i almost die of a heart attack on so 
many dockwidgets around, try to find a reasonable set to be shown and a 
reasonable position, even using the tabbified dock feature. For example, imho 
diff, webquery, glossary and project are not needed on first run.

 * Project view seems not to read last translator encoding correctly, i get 
Sebastià instead of Sebastià

 * You should switch to bugs.kde.org handling for bugs, to do that, remove 
your address from the KAboutData. If you need bugs.kde.org karma write me a 
mail off list.

 * LEDs to indicate status did not seem to work here.

 * I'm not sure Project view fits as a dock widget, but maybe it's just me 
used to seeing catalogmanager as a differnt app than kbabel

 * Try to mantainer KBabel shortcuts, i tried Ctrl+i (spellcheck) and did not 
work :D

 * I did not see a place to specify files encoding, are you just assuming UTF8 
everywhere? I'm not sure that's good to do.

 * What about a "Recent opened projects" in the project menu? Actually i think 
i'd used it more than the recent opened files.

All in all it seems a good app, and most imporantly, not crashy as kbabel :D
