Suggested KDEPrintInternal namespace

Oooh, interesting.. I can give it a try this evening - no promise though - but 
I need to know which classes are meant to be public exactly. CMakeList.txt 
tells me that these headers are installed:
kprinter.h 
kprintaction.h
kprintdialogpage.h
kpreloadobject.h
kmmanager.h (*)
kmprinter.h (*)
kmobject.h (*)
kprintdialog.h (*)
driver.h (*)
kmjobmanager.h (*)
kmjob.h (*)

(*) The classes in these headers are marked as internal in the api docs (since 
2003?!).

Anyone knows? Otherwise I need to query lxr for all of them.
