Replacing KPrinter with QPrinter? (was: Status of KDEprint in 4.0, and offer of help)

I tell a lie: this can be done by a KPrintDialog class.

So the integration and "special" printers amount to basically the same 
thing, when it comes to a "KPrinter" class.
