[UPDATE] KDE 4.0.0 Release Schedule

Can I assume the following bits of the above are not affected by this 
freeze, but stick to a schedule more like that of apps?

kdelibs/kate
kdebase/runtime/kstyles

Also, will SC+BC+UC* bugfixes still be allowed?

(*UC = Usage Compatible, i.e. non-semantic-changing)
