[Kde-pim] move ldap ioslave into kdepim(libs)

Only if those things are planned to keep existing during the whole lifetime of kde4.
I thought the idea was to move away from an ioslave, for imap, in which case it doesn't
belong into kdepimlibs (on which apps might rely), but into kdepim proper.
