Remove KCModuleFactory

KCModuleFactory appears to no longer be useful with the introduction of 
KPluginFactory.  LXR says nothing is using it, and all the code in 
kcmodulefactory.cpp does is call the (deprecated) parent constructor.

So is it OK if I remove it next Monday?
