KLibLoader is crashing

I was working on KCModuleLoader before I left for Spain and will  
continue when I'm back. KCModuleLoader will see some more cleanup, but  
that is BIC, that's why I did not continue working on it then...

Just wait till I'm back (Sept. 11th if everything goes well).
