It's a feature loss, but it's better than the gross violations we have 
currently. If the full KDE color scheme is not (currently) usable, then 
in 4.1 we should provide a way to tell the delegate about other colors 
it is allowed to use.

Meanwhile we might try reducing the alpha of QPalette::Text or using the 
color from the Disabled state (except that this is broken for inactive 
windows).
