Ok, so  -DKDE4_USE_ALWAYS_FULL_RPATH=ON does what it should and works 
(in most cases) like in KDE3. I vote to have this turned on by default 
(with a way to disable it). For example it still didn't work for blitz 
in kdesupport, libqimageblitz.so still doesn't have an RPATH.
