[PATCH] Add video device support to Solid

Sorry for the lateness, but I would like to request that this patch be added 
to kdelibs/solid for 4.0

It does
*) Add video device (webcam) detection support to Solid
*) Let me get rid of a nasty busy loop in Kopete in the most elegant way
*) Enable some branch work to add video device support to Phonon for 4.1 
without maintaining a branch of Solid

It does not
*) Add more than an extra group of class representing video and one enum value  
to existing classes
*) Change the behaviour of existing classes (beyond allowing identification of 
video devices)
*) Add any more strings
