Builderror kdebase/workspace/kcontrol/keyboard

Hi,

since a couple of days I get this build error in kdebase:

I tried with a new build directory and got this during cmake's run:

-- kxkb: Could not find libxklavier >= 3.0, glib or gobject, will try 
xkbfile...
-- Could not find xkbfile - kxkb won't be built!

Educated guess: whereever the result of this check is or should be evaluate is 
either missing or not checking the correct variable(s).
