Filterin the debug output

The KDEHOME for unit tests is different, it's ~/.kde-unit-tests. 
You can copy your kdebugrc from ~/.kde4 to that kdehome, and it will then be used
by the unit tests too (kconfigtest modifies the setting for area 0, but no big deal).
