KXmlGuiWindow needs a fix (or something surrounding it)

Hi all,

Yesterday Albert (aacid), reported that dolphin was having a strange issue:

- Have a widget docked (for example, places).
- Undock it.
- Close the dock.
- Close the app.
- Reopen the app.

The dock is "not shown". Well, it is. Try to grab it with "Alt+Click" and you 
will see that it "exists" but it has been drawn as "transparent" and now it 
has the contents that the window had in its position.

I have tried it with dolphin and confirmed this bug with step (that also uses 
docks, because for example umbrello does not try to restore them as the user 
left them). Dolphin and step try to do it (restore) and when trying to load 
those widgets that were undocked they fall in trouble.

It would be more productive if someone familiar with this code give this 
problem a look.
