Your believe needs to change.  :-)

openSUSE-10.2 does. (With KDE packages provided via their build service.
However there is the occasional file conflict as well occuring there,
especially *art packages; they seem to be aware of it, because nobody
cares about any bug report you may submit in their bugzilla...).
