It's not "standard" out of the KDE world but there's a kdesdk/scripts/completions/bash/ where this would fit :)

But who cares about bash? :-P What we need is a kdesdk/scripts/completions/zsh/_qdbus.
I tried making one by copy-pasting _dcop but it doesn't seem to work :)
