[REMINDER] KDE Dev Platform FROZEN

For Strigi, we will still work on improving xesam support and
extending the ontology. The main API will of course not be changed
unless we find real logic errors. Such changes will be discusses on
the mailing list.

Should we really discuss small fixes, code cleanups, speedups etc here?
