Beta3 Delayed (Again)

I've tried my best, but couldn't finish trunk. I have kdepim, kdetoys
and kdenetwork almost done lying around and will commit those tomorrow.
So from trunk/ there's still kdeutils and kdewebdev missing.

Unfortunately it seems that somehow not all needed changes ended up in
all the modules :( (I've had to redo quite some things on kdegames and
kdenetwork).

Also we have keg and koffice at similar location
(port_extragear+port_koffice) and also playground/base/plasma is there
ported (port_playground/...).
