[PATCH] make ksnapshot increment the last number

oh no, it breaks in the year 2100! ;) seriously though, i wonder if it might 
make more sense to use KLocale somehow here; perhaps looking for a pattern 
like "[0-9]{1,4}.[0-9]{1,4}.[0-9]{1,4}" and then see if KLocale can parse it 
for us; this would give us format flexibility as well.
