kdefx removed

As of about 22:25 CST, kdefx is no longer in trunk. I have tried to find 
and fix all users (at least, the ones in the stuff I build, plus the 
ones lxr found), excluding code that is currently disabled anyway.

Please report any build failures (that aren't trivial to fix) either to 
me on IRC, or to this thread.
