Just to throw my own stuff into the list...

I'm working on removal of kdefx, and color getters in KGS (except the WM 
ones which get to stay there). I anticipate being able to remove kdefx 
tonight (Monday) although there are a few spots I don't think will be 
ported and will be disabled for now. These are blends in the background 
kcm, and some windeco styles, none of which I think qualify as "critical".

KGS bits should be ready to remove right now, but I'm waiting until I 
can try to get IRC access again (in an hour or two, I hope) to commit.
