KWidgetJobTracker changes [bugfix] (was: kcmshell4 kthememanager baddies)

Hi all,

David proposed to fix KWidgetJobTracker for waiting 500ms as we have on KDE3.

Attached is the patch for that change, and I want you to know that this change 
alone (without the need of the previous patches sent on "kcmshell4 
kthememanager baddies" thread) fixes this problem too.

Can I commit this ?
