[RFC] regarding KProcess in KDE4PORTING.html

Hi,

I just noticed that KDE4PORTING.html still mentioned KProcess and
suggests to use QProcess instead. Thats wrong as of nowadays. kdelibs
does have a new KProcess (which is a QProcess subclass) and I'm not sure
what to do:

a) remove the section completely
b) change the content explaining that the old kprocess is deprecated and
renamed to k3process and that kde4 code should be ported to use
kprocess.

Suggestions?
