kfile does not work

It has two quite important problems imho:
 * KFileTreeView shows contents unsorted
 * startdir of KDirSelectDialog:selectDirectory is ignored

I have a patch that fixes the first problem, but introduces crashes so i'm 
just attaching it because it might be useful for someone with more insight on 
the problem.
