[PATCH] kconfiggroup again

here's a patch to introduce some symmetry and, ermm, sanity into the
kconfiggroup header.
and it even compiles with msvc 2003. :-D
this is SC, but BIC => next monday.

what is still missing from the api are readEntry overloads that return
QByteArray (both with a QByteArray and a char * default), but i will
postpone this to 4.1, i think.
