yes. instead of having a full popup dialog on the screen running as a separate
application (all for one dialog? zoinks!), i'd like to use the "welcome to
kde" plasmoid that will sit on your desktop near the upper right area to show
little tips. you'll be able to page through them just like now and all that
jazz. it just won't be it's own app and a dialog window.
everyone hates popup ads on the net, but we've continued to ship ktip. the
irony is delicious =))
