On second thought...I'd rather wait until 4.1 opens up.
Sorry for the false positive.

There's only a few more weeks until 4.0 is released and then
we'll open up for 4.1.  Please everyone, let's concentrate our
efforts the next 3 weeks toward making 4.0 work.
