ktip: taking a contract out on its head

hi all...

so in the next few days i'll have a plasmoid ready to go that will be able to
show tips in it. when that happens, do i have permission to kill ktip the
application?

benefits:

 - one less pop up window on startup
 - one less application to start (speed and less memory usage)

negatives:

 - you can't run ktip. well, you could use plasmoidviewer to simulate it i
guess ;)

i figured i'd ask in advance so that i didn't have to sit on a commit here
later in the week. as we're fairly close to rc-land, i also figure i should
ask ;)
