If you don't consider it a bug, then it's not very likely you'll be able 
to convince Support that it is.

We can promise that no emails are blackholed. But we cannot promise that 
we will not reject the issue after receiving it and analysing it. I can 
only tell you that we will do *nothing* before receiving it.
