Yes.

I suggest:
1) solve the problem of the big offenders from all libraries (all classes 
that are in the global namespace and don't begin with a K)
2) give kdesu a namespace
3) add the KDEPrint libraries and kfile to the list of libraries allowed 
to exist without namespaced classes.

By #1, I don't just mean unexport. I meant:
either a) give them a K-prefix
or b) place them in a KDE namespace, preferably with "Internal" in the 
name somewhere
