release cairo4qt 0.9.1 - a cairo based paint engine for Qt4

This is a bug fixed release.

cairo4qt, just like the name, implements a cairo based paint engine
for Qt4's Arthur paint system.

ChangeLog:
 1) fixed cairo pen width set error while Qt4 pen width is 0 and
current matrix is complex (scaled/sheared/rotated)
 2) fixed pixmap/image draw error while destition/source rectangle
has different size
 3) fixed compile error in the patch file for Qt 4.2.3
 4) modified source code ready for implement cairo based text draw functions
