If you provide the code, yes, we do.
That means you have to maintain a core component of KDE, which is
something you said you wouldn't do.

There isn't one.

The current maintainer is George. He'll name his conditions for touching
KSSL (or, more to the point, https support). But he's been telling us for
two years now that whatever replaces it requires extensive testing.
So, don't rush things. Do it right for KDE 4.1 instead.
