Some missing categories on Kdenetwork desktop files

Thanks for you two, i will tell you when i will have finished other
kde packages ( i have nearly finished kdepim and will look at the end
of the week to kdebase ).

PS: can we have this commited to kde4 ? i will provide a fixed patch
for kde4 tomorow evening ( for france )
