qt code in kdelibs?

no, because that only covers the Qt library, not kdelibs. we have no such 
agreement for kdelibs; instead we have the lgpl.

no, because that only covers the Qt library, not kdelibs.

we'd need a specific set of exceptions, and all the attendant complexity in 
explaining what that means to users of our libraries, for kdelibs. now 
imagine how many people we'd have to contact to do that.
