Some missing categories on Kdenetwork desktop files

Hi,

After looking to some desktop files from kdenetwork, i saw that there
was missing categories. Can someone review my patch ?  All keywords
added are OK with
http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/menu-spec-1.0.html#category-registry
