woah. wierd. i have no idea why but kmail's "reply" to these two emails to 
panel-devel included kde-core-devel .. ah, i see why, the ReplyTo: header in 
the emails i replied to included kde-core-devel and i didn't notice... very 
odd. sorry about the noise. =/
