What's This in Qt4

Hi,

Joshua Keel, a GSoC student, is going to work on What's This help. I am mentor 
of this project, but as a usability person, I can't help him on 
implementation details. It would be great if anyone could give Joshua a 
general introduction to Whats This and answer specific questions.

Don't worry - this is not meant to be a full GSoC mentorship. Scott Wheeler 
volunteered to support Joshua, but he is on vacation for the next 4 weeks - 
so we are just looking for someone to answer basic questions until Scott is 
back.
