RFC: escape strings in KConfigBase

seeing as keys are completely programmatic and the problem is probably easy to 
catch, i don't really care too much about this and would be fine with a 
limitation on the keys. i'd also be fine without one ;)

but note that some systems, such as ldap, are really picky about key values.
