changes in ThreadWeaver signals and slots

Hi all, 

today I changed the signal and slot declarations in ThreadWeaver to use fully 
qualified class names (ThreadWeaver::Job* instead of Job*, for example). 

This is binary compatible, but it may break existing connect-statements. If 
you are using ThreadWeaver, please double check.
