Subtle bug in KSettings::Dialog?

Hi,

I'm not sure wether this is a bug in KSettings::Dialog's code or a
documentation bug, but when creating the dialog like this:

KSettings::Dialog( QStringList() << "appname",
KSettings::Dialog::Static, this);

And having kcm's that declare

X-KDE-ParentApp=kdevelop
X-KDE-ParentComponent=kdevelop

The kcm's show up twice in the dialog. Even if this is somewhat wrong
usage of KSettings::Dialog, I think it would be good if it would check
for duplicates.
