Mozilla is one such browser. Alt+Left/Right works like in konqueror there.

No. Mozilla seems to use Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown, which seems both unintuitive and inconvenient,
but well, maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it; no opinion/
For sure Ctrl+./, only makes sense with -some- keyboard layouts.
