another problem with strigi's jstreamconfig.h

Hi,

I was getting a compile error in strigi that compat/jstreamconfig.h didn't 
exist.  I believe this file is generated by cmake; in any case, it exists in 
my build directory.  To resolve the error, I created a symbolic link from 
$BUILD_DIR/kdesupport/strigi/src/streams/compat/jstreamconfig.h to my source 
directory.  Compiling resumes after this change.

Any idea why I would need to do that?
