EBN fixes (kcert, kdocutils, threadweaver [license/copyright])

A couple of nice easy targets.  Low hanging fruit swiped by attachments.

kdocutils has 7 files without copyright or license.  Here are my best 
guesses for who may own the copyright, based on svn logs:

kio_help.{h,cpp}: hoelzer did the original import
xslt.{h,cpp}: coolo did the import
meinproc.cpp: coolo
main.cpp: coolo
main_ghelp.cpp: cschumac imported it


Also, missing license/copyright in threadweaver/Examples/QProcessJob: 
mirko did the original import.
