Patch for kdelirc (3.5.x and trunk)

Hi everybody!
I would like to import my patch to kdelirc (see 
http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php/KDELirc+Improved+(patch)?content=50313 ) 
in the (reopened) 3.5 branch and, as suggested by Stephan Kulow, also in 
trunk.
I already applied it in a local copy for kde4, but kdelirc itself is not yet 
ported. I started working on it, i just had to stop since first i have to
a) study DBUS communication over dcop (since kdelirc is  full of dcop code i 
don't want to start a port without knowing it at my best)
b) finish kmobiletools 0.5 which is already on my todo from almost 2 years :S

The code however is already partially ported, so could commit it now.
As in the rules so i'm writing here to get feedback.
