strigi / jstreamsconfig.h

Hi,

I managed to build strigi on win32 but now I hit some problems when it's
goign to be used.

- jstreamsconfig.h is installed, but it's wrong because it defines a lot
of HAVE_foo which only should be handled internally. I would split this
header into two separate ones to fix this issue.

- I get some errors in runtime/kioslave/trash because uint32_t is not
defined

- it seems like the strigi libs are not installed at all, only the
headers and one executable

Christian
