I have one question here: would it make sense to have some central point to
override custom application languages? E.g. if I have changed languages for
several application and then do some update I may want to use (KDE) default
language for all apps again. E.g. in KControl when you change KDE language
you could have checkbox or button saying "Reset customized application
languages".
